1896 Educational Silver Certificate FR-224

Description

1896 Educational Silver Certificate FR-224. Shipped with USPS First Class.
There are a couple of very tiny margin tears as you can see in the picture. There is also one pinhole when you hold it up to the light.
But as you can see the note has good color and is legible on both sides.
I only except returns on graded currency that cannot be removed from their packaging.
