    This fixed price auction is for a 1896 Educational Silver Certificate. Graded PMG Uncirculated 563 EPQ.  FR # 224  .
    Note faces up as a much higher grade. I tried to carefully photograph this note as accurately as possible. The dark gray inks on the front of the note seem to me to accurately present the note. The greens on the back of the note are even better with note in hand. If you are not 100% satisfied with the note you receive please I will be happy to accept it back, no questions asked.
