    1923 One Dollar Large Silver Certificate Blue Seal
    This is a Very Nice note - still has sharp details and bold colors. It is Circulated - but the paper still has a decent quality feel to it.  The bill has likely been crinkled/wrinkled, has had dog ears, small tears around the edges...
    not bad for almost 100 years old!
    Any collector would be happy tp have this as part of their collection.
    This bill is part of my grandfather's estate.  He was an avid coin/bill collector.  This bill has been in storage since before 1987.
