1941 Trader Vic's Cocktail Menu Tiki Bar Oakland California Vintage Original VG+

Description

This is a vintage original Trader Vic’s cocktail menu with a 1941 copyright and the address of the original and first Trader Vic restaurant in Oakland, California printed on the front cover.    This menu is a four page pamphlet format that measures about 6.25” folded and folds open to about 6.25” x 8”.  The two inside pages are the cocktail menu which featured the Zombie, Kona Swizzle, Tonga Punch and the other potent drinks that made Trader Vic’s famous and the trendsetter for the Tiki Bar crazy that swept America.
The front cover has a South Seas illustration of guy sitting on barrels of rum with topless Polynesian lady by his side.  The back cover is printed with an address panel that allows this to be mailed home as a souvenir.   The back cover is printed with a 1941 copyright in the lower margin.   The front cover and the back cover with the address panel both show the address of the first original Trader Vic’s restaurant location at 65th Street and San Pablo Avenue (6500 San Pablo Avenue) in Oakland, California.
This vintage original cocktail menu is in excellent, near mint condition with just light handling wear and modest toning from age.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
