    Up for sale is a KEY 1899 Series "Black Eagle" One Dollar Silver Certificate.  This note is graded 20 Very Fine by PMG with folding, creasing, and honest circulated wear, but no overly distracting marks.
    For accuracy this note has several scattered non-distracting pinholes and a small internal split below the 1 in the top left corner (approximately a 1/4 inch long).
    This note is clean and still retains crispness, has nice original honest paper quality and body, and has good ink color and very good eye appeal for the assigned grade.
    This graded "Key" note would make a great low cost, rare signature Black Eagle to add to your collection.
