    FR.239/238 1923  Silver Certificate Changeover Pair
    Changeover's are consecutive notes that transition to a different signature combination.  In this case...the first note is Woods/Tate signatures and the second is Woods/White.  FR.239's are the key note in the series and it's incredibly hard to find them in a Changeover pair.  Both notes are original, problem free XF condition.
