    This note has tremendous eye appeal for a VF25.  PMG has noted "Minor Repairs" and clearly they were professionally done because I can't tell where they are.  There are only 27 notes known for the FR# and 7 of them are in museums/institutions.  High grade notes can command six-figure price tags.  This note is great value for the grade.
