An interesting table top drinks  menu from The Palmer House Hotel in Chicago Illinois. . 2 different die cut pieces fit together to form a Carousel. On each of the 8 panels is a different drink and  snack. Measures about 4" x 6 1/2" when flat. Circa late 1940's. Has some wear to protruding edges and flag.
